Saints Funeral Services originated from the idea of providing unique funeral transport across Cornwall. This is a VW splitscreen hearse specifically designed to transport your loved one on their funeral day.

Darren Saint had always aspired to becoming a funeral director and after a lot of hard work and dedication over a two-year period a branch of Saints Funeral Services was set up in St Ives covering St Ives, Hayle and the surrounding areas.

Two years of extensive training and hard work from all involved led to Saints Funeral Services, which is a family run, independent business.

Fast forward a further two years, Darren & the team moved to their current location, Barnoon Chapel, which they lovingly restored and brought back to use for the community. This location consists of offices, wake services, a dedicated mortuary and Chapel of Rest overlooking the beach. Not only that they have their own dedicated chapel overlooking Porthmeor beach, to provide funeral services.

Due to the increased growth of the business, Saints Funeral Services then expanded to meet the needs of the local Hayle community providing funeral services in Hayle. Saints now also have a beautiful chapel of rest over looking the memorial walk in Hayle. 

Our Chapel of Rests our set in quiet, tranquil surroundings enabling families to spend dedicated time with their loved one. The mortuary is tailored to ensure the highest standards of hygiene and care for your loved one.

Saints Funeral Services are able to provide traditional black funeral vehicles, or the VW Splitscreen hearse, if preferred.

Whether you require a religious or non-religious ceremony, Saints are there for you during this difficult time.

Their staff consists of, but is not restricted to, Funeral directors/arrangers, a celebrant, reception staff and a team of bearers.

Staff include Darren & Anita Saint, Paul Thomas, Becky Thomas, Antony Stevens, Peter Berryman, Terry Webb, Jonathan Sobey & Keilson Foote, all of which live (or have always lived) in the locality.

Here at Saints Funeral Services we are passionate about what we do and ensuring that we meet our own high standards. The funeral is every bit about the wishes of the family and/or the deceased and whether the wish is to celebrate life or not, we are personally focused on ensuring the funeral is individual to that person and family because we care.
